Moving in this weekend

We're moving in this weekend! I have pictures to upload of the outside and the carpet inside but there's too much to do to make this transition. I'm not sure what the status of our internet will be at the new house but know that I will share a video of the place soon. Hang tight!

We're in our early 30s and building our first house, while raising two small boys.

After months of looking for the perfect house plan, we decided to abandon the idea of building our dream home. We have realized happiness doesn't come from having the perfect house; happiness comes from our family and being in a home together.

For us, the perfect house plan doesn't exist. Or maybe it does exist, but we're not going to spend the time or money required to find it. Glen View Cottage fits who we are and we're looking forward to enjoying living on 9+ acres in rural South Carolina.
